Jordan is the co-founder of Camino Coaching & Consulting. Jordan is a Career Coach & Organizational Psychologist based in Toronto, Canada.

Jordan focuses on the human side of work, helping people and places work better together. Her background is multi-cultural: she speaks English & Spanish, and has lived in Spain, the United States, The Netherlands & Canada. Having moved around throughout her childhood, Jordan has an astute awareness of meeting people wherever they are, and whatever their background.

Jordan pursued her Bachelor’s Degree at the University of British Columbia (UBC). Discovering her passion for working with people she pursued her Masters in Organization Psychology.

After 10+ years of experience in various industries such as retail/services, sport & recreation, healthcare and tech, Jordan’s favourite part of her roles was always working with people. Specifically, helping them level-up in their careers or work environments, which led her to pursue her passion full time through creating Camino Coaching & Consulting.

When she’s not working, you can find her playing volleyball, baking, or reading a fantasy book with her cat, Phoenix!
